1. Agreement to Terms

By installing and using Account Blocks: Customize My Account (“the App”), developed by Stack Craft Digital (stackcraftdigital.co.uk), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Account Blocks is a Shopify application that allows merchants to add custom content blocks to their customer account pages. The service includes:

• Block creation and management tools
• Conditional display rules based on customer data
• Integration with Shopify customer account pages
• Analytics and performance tracking

3. Subscription and Billing

Account Blocks offers subscription-based pricing plans. By subscribing to a plan, you agree to:

• Pay the subscription fee for your selected plan
• Automatic renewal unless cancelled before the renewal date
• Billing through Shopify’s billing system

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the App to:

• Display illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the App

5. Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Stack Craft Digital (stackcraftdigital.co.uk) and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain all rights to the content you create using the App. By using the App, you grant us a license to host and display your content as necessary to provide the service.

6. Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the App. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that temporarily affect availability.

We are not liable for any losses resulting from service interruptions, whether planned or unplanned.

7. Data and Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect and process data as described in that policy.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stack Craft Digital shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use the App
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers
• Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the App
• Any bugs, viruses, or other harmful code

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the “Last updated” date.

Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

13. Shopify Terms

As a Shopify app, your use of Account Blocks: Customize My Account is also subject to Shopify’s Terms of Service and API Terms of Service. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and Shopify’s terms, Shopify’s terms shall prevail.
