Shopify app · works with new customer accounts

Your customer account pages don't have to be empty

Shopify's new customer accounts come out of the box with orders and a profile — and nothing else. Account Blocks lets you add your own content to every account page, without touching code.

What you can build

Content blocks on every account page

Banners, rich text, FAQs, call-to-action cards, tile grids and support contact blocks — placed on the profile page, the orders list, and the order status page.

Full custom pages

Add entire new pages to the account area — a loyalty page, size guide, VIP hub — and link them from the account navigation menu.

Show the right content to the right customer

Conditions decide who sees each block: customer tags, total spend, order count, country, B2B company — or any combination.

Personalize with customer data

Insert customer metafield values straight into your content — loyalty points, membership tier, custom fields — resolved per customer, automatically.

Built for the new customer accounts

Native Shopify customer account UI extensions — matches your branding settings, loads inside Shopify's hosted account pages, nothing injected into your theme.

See what performs

Impression and click analytics for every block, so you know what your customers actually use.

Migrating from legacy customer accounts?

Shopify deprecated legacy customer accounts in February 2026, and the final shutdown date will be announced later this year. If your account pages were customized with Liquid or an app built for the old system, that customization won't survive the switch — but it can be rebuilt in minutes with blocks.
